Class Description:
Tonight we embark on our maiden voyage for this girls-only Caribbean Cruise that’s a little bit “Love Boat” with a dash of “Margaritaville” as your Cruise Director, Bruce Campbell takes us on a spirited tour of his favorite ports of call. Bruce, the food and beverage guy with 25+ years in the restaurant business, is the perfect host for our evening of merriment – he’s an avid seafarer and has personally explored many Caribbean islands. As you set sail toward our first port of call, Bruce will entertain you with tales of his journeys and insights into the region’s various styles of rums and cocktails as he teaches you about delicious island concoctions like Cranberry Mojitos, Pineapple & Ginger Infusion, and Pain Killers. You'll learn how to make delicious Caribbean-inspired dishes like Caribbean Salsa and Jerk Chicken Skewers. Bruce will end with a special pineapple dessert made with dark rum. This is a fun girl’s night out night class, so… come aboard… we’re expecting you! (Insert “The Love Boat” theme song)

We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
