WAIVER: ASSUMPTION OF RISK (SPICY FOOD CONSUMPTION) I voluntarily choose to consume extremely spicy foods, peppers, and extracts at SBC Pepper Fest. I acknowledge that these products can cause severe physical reactions, including intense pain, burning sensations, gastrointestinal distress, respiratory irritation, and elevated heart rate. I confirm that I do not have any underlying medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, ulcers, severe allergies, asthma) that make this consumption dangerous to my health. I assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with consuming these products. 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESSI release, waive, and forever discharge SBC Pepper Fest, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of injury, illness, or death resulting from my participation. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any financial loss, medical expenses, or legal fees incurred due to my participation. 3. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCOMPANYING MINORS I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor child(ren) listed, or that I have been granted express legal authority by their parent/guardian to sign on their behalf. I assume full legal and financial responsibility for the actions, behavior, and safety of these minors for the duration of the event. I grant SBC Pepper Fest permission to photograph, video record, or audio record me and my accompanying minors during the event. I authorize the event organizers to use these media materials for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation or further approval.
