Meet Your Instructor
Taki is the founder and head baker of AJ’s Dog Bakery, where she creates wholesome, enrichment-focused treats inspired by her deep love for dogs. She and her husband, Derrick, run the business together, supported by their dogs Apollo and Thor—official Chief Tasting Officers who approve every recipe. AJ’s Dog Bakery began as a family mission to offer safer, more joyful snacks for pups. Today, Taki shares that mission by teaching pet parents how to bake fun, nourishing treats at home.
