What's resin all about? Give this trending craft a try at The 567 Center! Create your own 12 x 9 wooden serving board with epoxy resin accent. This is the ideal workshop for beginners and those who are curious about working with epoxy resin without waste and frustration. You'll be guided step-by-step through mixing, adding colors, and pouring to create your own custom look. In this class, you'll make a beach-themed charcuterie board for all your summer entertaining. This workshop will be led by Malissa Kelsey of MADE by MK. $50 includes all materials ($42 for 567 members). Open to ages 18 & up. June 18, 6-8:30 pm.
Note: due to the time required to get supplies, registration for this class will close June 15.
Though the risks are minimal, by registering for this class, you are assuming the risk of exposure to resin and will not hold The 567 Center or the instructor responsible for any adverse reaction experienced from a resin allergy. Participants will be provided with masks and nitrile gloves.
Your project will require 2 days to cure before transporting it. You must return during business hours to pick up your project. The gallery is open Monday-Friday, 11 am-4 pm. Please contact The 567 if other project retrieval options are needed.
