We will do our best to ensure that all materials arrive to you in excellent condition. Please double check your order to see if anything is missing. By checking the box you are agreeing to the following: 1. The Studio is not responsible for any damage or breakage once the items are picked up. If you suspect items were packed damaged you must contact us and let us know within 1 hour of delivery or no refund/exchanges will be possible. Report damages to Kristin@craftyfoxstudio.com or call 201-455-3289 (during business hours). 2. Acrylic paints are NOT food safe and cannot be used on pieces other than decorative. You cannot mix acrylic paint and glaze. Crafty Fox Studio is not responsible for incorrect usage of paints and glazes. Please refer to the project instructions. 3. Crafty Fox Studio is not responsible for firing issues resulting from cross-contaminated brushes. Please be sure you have read and understand the brush section on the order form before agreeing to this policy. 4. Fired pieces will be ready 7-10 days after they are returned to the Studio. Please call the Studio at 201-455-3289 or email Kristin@craftyfoxstudio.com to arrange a drop off. Crafty Fox Studio will call or email you when your pieces are ready and schedule a pick up time. Pieces not claimed after 30 days are considered abandoned and may be discarded. Crafty Fox Studio is not responsible for pieces left after 30 days.
