Class Description:
Up your holiday baking game with this fun and informative breadmaking class with experienced culinary instructor and pro bread maker Chef Mari Ruck. She has been teaching with us now for 20 years so you know she has mad cred! The holidays are a time for baking, baking and more baking! today we'll learn three of the most popular breakfast/brunch breads: Christmas Scones, Christmas Star Bread and of course, Cinnamon Rolls. Chef Mari will take the mystery out of making these delicious treats and start you on the road to becoming someone who doesn’t glaze over at the sight of a packet of yeast. Yeah, we’re talking to you. We'll start with coffee of course, then you'll learn about flours, yeasts, salt, sugars, and methods for baking your own delicious treats. In the spirit of the season, you will mix and knead your own handcrafted Cinnamon Rolls to take home and finish baking. (That way you will get the great smell in your own house! You’re welcome.)
