Show rhythm and stamina dance class

Classes must be canceled at least 48 hours before the class date. Cancellations will receive a studio credit that can be used toward future class or event within 6 months. Cancelations received less than the 2 days (24 hours) before the class, no shows, and missed classes are non-refundable. In the rare event that a class is cancelled by the studio, then refunds will be provided. The studio reserves the right to cancel any event due to a lack of engagement or in the event an instructor is ill or has an emergency. Dates may be subject to change. Always check your email/texts on the day of event. In the rare event of a cancelled session, every effort will be made to schedule a makeup session or credit/refund will be given if cancelled by the studio. PHOTO USE: I grant permission for the studio to use photographs or images from this event for promotion and/or advertising. Or I will submit in writing the first day of the activity that my child's image may not be used. I will at all times, abide by and have my child abide by rules, regulations and policies as set forth by the studio and Our Lady of Lourdes School .
