You are registering for the event and selecting your table below. We provide the table and chairs...you'll provide your own table cloth. We do our best to accommodate everyone but first come, first serve on table placement selection! We don't allow set up prior to 4:30 or 5:30pm (based on time of year below) though.
We can never guarantee how many people we will get through the doors. It's the risk of this business!
We do try very hard in blasting this event monthly, out to all locals, semi-locals, businesses, friends, family and all social media vehicles. We ask if you are participating that you also do the same.
During the school year, the event runs 5-8 on Friday Night.
Set up begins at 4:30, no earlier and take down is no earlier than 8 unless we call the night and allow breakdown sooner.
During the summer, the event runs 6-9 on Friday Night.

The picture above is the map of our event space/tables/rooms. You pick the number space/table you would like to have and pay for the corresponding fee associated.
1. WiFi is $5
2. Outlet Cost is $5 but is already included in fee at Table #1, room 21 and room 22 rentals. Optional addon for tables (10, 11, 15, 16, space 17 and 18)
*If you request an outlet you will need to bring your own extension cord as some tables are closer than others.
3. All parking must be out behind our building or the building behind us...you are not allowed to park out front or beside the buildings as we need these reserved for our customers to shop us.
4. Every booking will incur a booking fee which goes to our 'sips' supply, coordinator, setup and breakdown fees etc.
5. Prosper Playhouse is kid friendly, please remember this and do not bring snacks or little toys for the kids that they will take into the structure!

This is as much a networking event as a sales event--we are all friendly, amazing entrepreneurs and all out to have fun and make money. That being said, there may be other like vendors at these events and that is ok, we all bring different clientele to shop one another...we will be sure though that we do not have two identical vendors at one show though (for example: we will not allow two mary kay reps etc).
