This is the perfect first step into the world of culinary arts for budding foodies! Discover the basics of general cookery, including food safety, knife skills, and both basic and complex cooking methods.
This series is for teens, ages 12-17. Each class length estimate is 4 hours.

Day One: Knife Skills
Day Two: Soups and Salads
Day Three: Braising, Stewing, and Steaming
Day Four: Roasting, Grilling, and Sautéing
Day Five: Master Sauces
