Japanese Bento Box Meal

Bento is a single portion meal packed in a  container/box so a Bento Box is a lunch box called
“Bento  Bako” in Japanese. You will learn how to make the very special Japanese cooked rice to go in the box, marinate and cook Teriyaki Chicken from scratch, make a Japanese Rolled  Omelet “Dashimaki Tamago” and a green Chrysanthemum leaves with “Goma-ae” sauce to complete this traditional to go lunch. Optional Bento Boxes are available for purchase from $10 - $20 each.
