Join us as Pro Pastry Artist and Chef Natasha Goellner (The Antler Room KC, Mulberry & Mott and graduate of The French Culinary Institute) drops some pastry arts knowledge on us as she teaches how to create the trendy, decadent and delicious Hot Cocoa Bombs. These glossy chocolatey orbs of yumminess that you plop into warm milk so you can watch them dramatically reveal the edible goodies inside (from marshmallows and sprinkles to edible trinkets) are in an over-the-top treats category of their own. Chef Goellner will show you the tips and techniques of working with chocolate, such as choosing, tempering and molding, to create these elegant and fun edible treats – start-to-finish. Then you’ll try your hand at these fabulous Instagram-worthy treats. Think sweet gift idea, party favors, teacher treats OR enjoy these yourself!
