Join us for a mouthwatering journey into the vibrant world of 'Floribbean' cuisine, where tropical flavors meet fresh seafood and zesty citrus. Throughout the evening, you'll discover the unique blend of Caribbean, Latin, and American flavors that define Floribbean cuisine. You'll learn essential techniques, from proper fish handling to balancing sweet and tart flavors in desserts. When it comes to teaching you the art of tropical cooking, there’s nobody better suited than one of our most popular instructors, Executive Chef Richard McPeake.
Your culinary journey begins with crafting a refreshing Ceviche Cocktail, where you'll learn the secrets of "cooking" seafood without heat. Next, you'll perfect the technique of searing succulent Sea Bass to a golden crisp, pairing it with a bright, tropical Mango Salsa. As a complement to our main course, you'll braise tender Asparagus and dress it in an elegant Prosecco Vinaigrette, adding a touch of sophistication to our island-inspired meal. Finally, satisfy your sweet tooth with miniature Key Lime Pie Dessert Shooters—a tangy, creamy finale that captures the essence of the Keys in every bite.

- Please enjoy a 10% discount on all items in our retail store during the full calendar day/night of your class or event. Our retail store will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.
- We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
- This class is for adults 18+. Children 14-17 years old are allowed if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please let us know if you plan to bring a minor.

If you've registered with other people on the same order, you will automatically be seated together.
