Our decor package set-up is provided by our staff in the first 15 minutes of your reservation. It includes: paper plates, cups, and napkins in your theme, a character cake table focal-point with themed backdrop (no cake provided), a 7 foot balloon garland in the theme colors, and 10 free play passes to gift to your guests!

Grip socks are required for all kids. Socks are also required for adults. We have shoe covers available for those who are not able to remove their shoes for medical reasons.. Socks can also be purchased day of the party for $3.50 each. Or you can grab some ahead of time below:

Policies (must check)

I. EVENT DESCRIPTION / VENUE ACCESS: The Renter shall have access to and use of the venue during the reservation time for the purpose of hosting the Renter’s private event. Owner shall provide access via on site staff member, and other items necessary to the reservation. II. EXPIRATION OF RENTAL PERIOD: Upon the end of rental, please place all trash in the provided trash bags. Clean the space to the condition it was found it by the time the reservation ends. III. REMOVAL OF BELONGINGS: Renter shall remove all personal property, trash, and other items that were not present in the venue when Renter took control of it. A trash can, and trash bags are provided. Renter will dispose of all decor in trash bags, or take with them. IV. USE OF PREMISES The Leased Premises shall be used only by Renter and Renter’s guests for a reception or special event and for no other purposes without the prior written consent of Owner. The following special provisions are noted and agreed: -- If alcoholic beverages are to be served at the function, the lessee hereby agrees that these shall not be served to anyone under the age of twenty-one. -- All alcohol must be removed from premises at the conclusion of the event. -- The lessee hereby agrees to indemnify the owner for any and all damages caused by or to any person participating) at the function, whether such damage is caused by the use of alcohol or otherwise. -- The renter hereby agrees to pay for the defense of The Family Room in the event of any legal action arising as the result of the serving of alcoholic beverages and/or any other reason connected with the use of the premises. -- The owner shall have the right to choose their own attorney to defend them in the event of such a suit, with the lessee having the responsibility to reimburse the owner in the event that such a suit is filed. -- The renter hereby agrees to hold the owner harmless from any damages caused to or by any person who is a participant at the function in the event there is legal action arising from the use of the premises and/or the sale or furnishing of alcoholic beverages on said premises. -- Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Should smoking be detected, a -- $100 cleaning fee applies. Please dispose of butts properly after smoking in outside areas. -- Red liquid drinks are discouraged. -- Fridge and Freezer provided in back office for your use during your event. Please take your cold items with you when you leave. V. DAMAGES: Renter shall be responsible for payment of the cost of repairs of any damage to the Leased Premises, its fixtures, appliances or appurtenances, or to the building of which the Leased Premises form a part, caused by the intentional act(s) or negligence of Renter, its guests, agents, or servants, or in any way arising out of the Renter’s occupancy of the Leased Premises. VI. DISPUTES: Any disputes arising under this contract shall be adjudicated in the Owner’s local jurisdiction. This contract may be signed via the check box below, electronically. Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes. By checking the box below, both parties agree to the terms and provisions of this agreement. Grip Socks must be worn during play. If grip socks are not worn, parents are aware that should incident or injury occur we are not responsible. Parent/Guardian/Responsible Adult listed on this form understands the risk of injury and that The Play Cafe cannot be held responsible for any accidents for anyone of the minors listed on this form. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Supervision is required at all times. No drop offs.
Play date rental time is hourly. This includes set-up and clean up. There is no extra time before the play date to set up before your scheduled time. If your play date start time is 2pm, that is the time you'd be able to enter the space. If the ending time is 3pm, we ask that you're cleaned up and ready to go by then so we have time to clean the space for the next event. We run a really tight schedule to accommodate as many fun party groups as possible. *A $25 fee will be added to your order for every 15 minutes you are past your reservation end time.
We are shoe-free facility. Socks are required for adults, and grip socks are required for kids. Please make sure to tell your party guests that this is going to happen so they prepare themselves to have to remove their shoes when they enter our space. We suggest you note it in your invitations. Thanks for your help with spreading the word and helping us keep our space clean for the kids.

The remaining balance for your party will be automatically ran on the card you used to pay your deposit. The additional fees will only be added if you are over the reservation time.

NOTE: Your booking will only show the hour timeslot that you chose for your party to start. Adding hours will add hours to the booking, we just have to do it manually. Don't stress when you get confirmation and it's only one hour long <3
