• Delicate smoked salmon atop a crispy crostini, finished with fresh dill for a light, flavourful bite to awaken the palate. 

• Warm, soft pretzel served with a sweet and tangy maple mustard for dipping. 

Second Course: Manhattan Clam Chowder

• A hearty tomato-based chowder with tender BC clams, potatoes, and crispy sourdough crackers. 

Third Course: New York Striploin

• Grilled, butter-basted striploin served with crispy wedge fries and fresh seasonal vegetables. 

Fourth Course: New York Cheesecake

• Creamy New York cheesecake topped with a sweet strawberry sauce and a dollop of vanilla chantilly.
