Cancelation Policy & Limited Waiver

Classes must be canceled at least 48 hours before the class date. Cancellations will receive a studio credit that can be used toward future class or event within 6 months. Cancelations received less than the 2 days (48 hours) before the class, no shows, and missed classes are non-refundable. In the rare event that a class is cancelled by the studio, then refunds will be provided. We understand that sometimes students may need to be absent. Please note that make up sessions are not provided for recurring classes. The studio reserves the right to cancel any event due to a lack of engagement or in the event an instructor is ill or has an emergency. Dates may be subject to change. Always check your email/texts/facebook before attending. In the rare event of a cancelled session, every effort will be made to schedule a makeup session or credit will be given if cancelled by the studio. I grant permission for the studio to use photographs or images from this event for promotion and/or advertising. Or I will submit in writing the first day of class that my child's image may not be used. I will at all times, abide by and have my child abide by rules, regulations and policies as set forth by the studio.
