Laissez les bons temps rouler, ladies! Transport yourself to the vibrant streets of the French Quarter with our sizzling Cajun cooking class. This Girl's Night Out promises an evening of mouthwatering Louisiana flavors that'll set your taste buds dancing. In this hands-on culinary adventure, you'll master the art of New Orleans cuisine, creating a feast fit for Mardi Gras royalty. Chef Bruce Campbell is known for his Girl’s Night Out menus, and this is one of our favorites. Bruce will greet you with a classic New Orleans Hurricane cocktail to kick-off your evening.

You’re starting off with a zesty Creole Dip to get your appetite going. Next, Learn the secrets of crafting the perfect Shrimp Po'Boy, a New Orleans staple. Our main feature tonight is a flavor packed Smoked Chicken and Jambalaya- heat, spice, and everything nice in one dish. Of course, you can’t take a Chef Bruce class without sampling one of his iconic sweet treats- a decadent Bread Pudding drizzled with Sweet Bourbon Sauce. Before you go, enjoy a nightcap on us- Café Brulot Diabolique, a sweet coffee with citrus, cinnamon, clove, and the showstopper of the night- flaming brandy

• Please enjoy a 10% discount on all items in our retail store during the full calendar day/night of your class or event. Our retail store will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class. 
• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
• Adult only (21+): Only adults over the age of 21. Alcohol will be served in this class as part of the menu. If you do not wish to drink, please let us know in the "comments" section of sign-up.
• If (a) you’d like to sit with another registered guest, or (b) have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in the Comments section of your registration after reading our full description of policies and information about classes. If you've registered with other people on the same order, you will automatically be seated together.
