Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read our policy

A $100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve a charter. This charge will be completely refunded if your trip is cancelled due to weather or mechanical failure. Weather cancellations are at the discretion of the Captain. Due to limited availability, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled fishing trip to receive a refund. This gives us the opportunity to fill your vacancy. Cancellations must be made here or submitted by email to Amanda at blueskyfishing30a@gmail.com If you do not cancel more than 48 hours before your departure, you will lose the deposit for the trip. Remaining balance Charter fees are to be paid with cash, or card to the Captain after your charter. If you wish to charge your trip to your credit card a processing (5%) fee will be added to the charge. Gratuity is customary 15-20% for your captain.
