Home Canning Basics: Fall Fruit Preserves -  In this class we will be making Cider Jelly and Cranberry preserves.  You will also learn about other fruits that can be canned and preserved at home, canning do's and don’ts, and the equipment you'll need to get started. We’ll get hands-on with basic food preservation techniques and will learn how to make delicious jams, jellies, and fruit in syrup throughout the growing season. You’ll leave with jars of your creations and the skills to start doing your own canning at home safely and confidently. 

This hands-on workshop is for adults 18+. Class length estimate is 3 hours.
