Pasta Dough - Ravioli and Fettuccine

Discover how to make your own pasta from scratch! In this hands-on class, we begin with the dough - learning how to mix, knead and rest it. Then practice rolling and shaping your pasta dough. Make ravioli with a lemon ricotta filling to sample in class with a sage brown butter sauce. Then learn how to roll and cut fettuccine that each student will take home (dinner anyone?).
