Design your own stoneware bowl!  Join us for a fun evening and create a special mug to hold your favorite beverage! In this class, guests will choose from over 50 glazes to create a one of a kind item. Stoneware glazes react to each other in unique ways when they reach peak temperature making each item unique! This means there are hundreds of combinations you can make from our glazes. No artistic ability is needed. Guests will be given thorough instructions on how to apply these specialty glazes. Guests will choose from a variety of sizes and shapes as they arrive for the class. 

Stoneware is so versatile! It is dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe. All mugs will be kiln fired at our studio. Our glazes are food safe. 

All supplies are included in the class. Aprons are available.

Requirements: Participants must be at least 12 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Location: This class will be held at The Sweada Mae Art Cafe 287 W. Center St. Marion, OH

Pickup: Your stoneware will be fired and may be picked up 7 days after the class.
