Large Glory Hole Rental

Studio rental prices as of June 2025.  Prices subject to change due to rising costs of energy and materials.

1. Your station will be lit up one hour prior to your designated start time. You are expected to arrive with ample time to get set up to enable you to start on time. You are also required to finish on time. For every 5 minutes over your allotted time, you will be charged an additional $20.
2. We offer full day (8 hr) and half day (4 hr) rental slots. Two small & one large glory holes are available for a full or half day. 

Small (12″ wide x 38″ deep) — Full: $375 | Half: $225 
Large (22″ wide x 38″ deep) — Full: $475 | Half $275 
GLASS ALLOWANCE 
Small — Full day: 50 lbs | Half day: 25 lbs
Large — Full: 100 lbs | Half: 50 lbs
An additional $3 per pound will be charged for more than your allotment.  Prices are subject to    change due to materials costs.

1. There is a day fee of $10/day for gas.  This includes the use of propane, oxygen, and mapp.  There is no fee if you bring your own tanks.
2. Pipes and tools- Shop pipes and hand tools are available to use.  If you’d like to upgrade Bryan’s pipes are $5 per pipe to use.

CLEAN UP RESPONSIBILITIES
It is your responsibility to clean up at the end of your rental time. There is a $50 fee for not cleaning up the space when you are done.

1.  Sweep shop floor. The whole floor, not just around your bench.
2.  Empty the block water down the drain.
3.  Pipe barrels are to be emptied to the dumpster 
4. All pipes, punties and tools should be wiped down with alcohol before returning to the locker.

Common courtesy among renters is always expected. Finished work must be picked up within 14 days of rental date. Your work can also be shipped to you for a fee. 
CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental time will receive a 50% refund.
