I acknowledge that participating in art-related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and exposure to materials that could be hazardous. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in these activities. I hereby waive, release, and discharge Indigo Cottage Crafts, its owners, employees, and instructors from any and all claims for damages for personal injury or property damage that I may sustain as a result of my participation in studio activities. I agree that Indigo Cottage Crafts may use photographs and videos of me taken during my participation for promotional, advertising, and educational purposes. Full payment is required to secure your spot. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund. Indigo Cottage Crafts reserves the right to cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, registered participants will be notified and receive a full refund. Participants who do not show up for their scheduled session without prior notification will not be refunded.
