Cancellation and Refund Policy

We know life is crazy and as a small, events focused business, we get it! However, all of our classes and programs are nonrefundable. Outside of two weeks, store credit can be issued to rebook. Once we're within two weeks of a class, no credit can be issued.

Liability Release and Parental Consent Form In consideration of the acceptance of my application for the above program, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, property damages or which may hereafter occur to me as a result of participation in said event. This release is intended to discharge in advance Food Lab, its officials, officers, employees, volunteers and agents from liability, even though that liability may arise out of perceived negligence on the part of persons mentioned above. It is understood that some recreational activities involve an element of risk or danger of accidents, and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assignees. Consent for Treatment I hereby give my consent to have the above applicant treated by emergency medical personnel, a physician, or surgeon, in case of sudden illness or injury while participating in the above activity. It is understood that Food Lab will provide no medical insurance for such treatment, and that the cost thereof will be at my expense.

I give consent for the child/childrento participate in the class at Food Lab, and I execute the above liability release on their behalf. I have read and understand the liability release and consent policies and agree to them.

Food Lab Behavior policy: We want every child to have an amazing experience in our camps. We expect all students to respect their fellow students, the Food Lab team, and the Food Lab space + equipment. Since this is a kichen and we are dealing with hot food, knives, stoves, etc- disrespectful and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Kids will be given a warning, a chat with parents and if behavior continues, may be asked to leave camp without credit or refund. By purchasing this camp you agree to this policy.
