Private Event Reservation

Have a group of 25 or more and want to have the studio all to yourselves? Book the studio for a Tuesday or Sunday evening from 6:30 to 8:30pm, and your guests will get 15% off their purchase, as well. Booking fee for this event includes your reservation and a tip for the staff that will work your private event.

How many painters are you expecting for your event?

I understand that the booking fee reserves the entire studio for my private event, provides compensation for the staff working the event, and is NOT a deposit toward any pottery purchase during the event. The fee is nonrefundable but may be transferred to a different available date.

I understand that should my attendance numbers change, I should email lizamozknoxville@gmail.com to keep the staff updated. I also understand that the pieces painted during our event will not be ready until 10-14 days after painting. If we choose to bag our group together, I will receive a phone call when they are ready for pick up.

I understand that if payment for painted items on the night of the event will be handled in any way OTHER than individuals paying for their own items, I need to email lizamozknoxville@gmail.com to discuss alternative payment requests (e.g., company paying portion of cost, sales-tax exempt status, etc.).
