Class Description:
Join us for a fun night in our kitchen as you learn to prepare authentic Asian cuisine from an engaging instructor and experienced culinary professional, Executive Chef Gary Hild. Asian dishes are fresh, flavorful, healthy, and good for the soul. In order to cook traditional dishes, you must know the fundamental ingredients: garlic, ginger, galangal, and green onion, as they appear over and over in regional Asian cuisine. Chef Gary will share his expert tips on how you can take these ingredients and apply the right techniques to make classic Asian dishes in your own kitchen. You’ll sip on a glass of wine as you learn how to create that classic Vietnamese soup, Pho, using an exquisite homemade bone broth base with rice noodles and delicate, thinly sliced beef. Next, we’ll learn about homemade Pot Stickers and classic Asian dumpling-making techniques. Finally, you’ll fine-tune your sautéing skills with some Vegetable Chow Mein. Chef Gary will even show you how to make steamed White Rice that will turn out perfect every time. This is a great class with recipes you’ll use again and again.

NOTES:

• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
• This Is An Adult Class: You must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.

If you've registered with other people on the same order, you will automatically be seated together.
• Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
• Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. 
• Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.
