Please note the following cancellation policy applies to all individuals in public and private events and classes. All reservations are non-refundable, but guests cancelling with at least 48-hours’ notice, regardless of when the reservation is made, will be issued store credit via an e-gift card. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to a class may not be permitted to participate and are considered "no shows” and are not eligible for store credit.
