Saltwell Farm Kitchen Reservation 2023 - 2024

Well folks, we survived the fire and with the help of the most incredible Saltwell team, and efforts and support from our loving community and friends, our farmhouse kitchen and winter parlor are more beautiful than ever. We are ridiculously grateful to everyone who helped us get back to the life we love most: making beautiful food for you and your loved ones and working with our favorite farms.

This winter season’s farm experience includes a generous tasting menu of family-inspired classics prepared by Chef/Owner Rozz Petrozz and Sous Chef Mia Morrow. Hospitality is brought to you by Maitre D’ Shantel Grace, (inspired by her sixth generation Kansas farming roots), and none other than Jim King, our most beloved team member here at Saltwell who is best-known for greeting you at your arrival and departing as new friends.

Seasonal and classic craft cocktail are brought to you by our region’s most celebrated bar chef, Kate Frick, and her team of creative makers and masters.
