Join us to make a treat-filled tea party! In this class, we’ll explore a collection of easy, elegant, and delicious breakfast classics that can turn an ordinary morning into something memorable. Whether you’re preparing for a cozy gathering with friends or simply want to make your weekend feel special, we’ll teach you how to make impressive baked goods with minimal fuss, using ingredients you likely already have on hand. Expect a relaxed and playful class, where hosting is about joy, not perfection.

Please let us know about any food allergies at checkout. This class includes wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts. We are not able to accommodate gluten allergies in our flour-filled teaching kitchen.

Meet Your Instructor
Elana Berusch is a baker and food scientist who loves to play with her food and push the boundaries of pastry. She believes that baking can and should be accessible to anyone who has the desire to learn, and strives to demystify recipes and techniques that seem intimidating. When she's not baking, Elana can be found hosting silly parties for friends, doing arts & crafts, or gardening.
