At B&J Skate Center, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your party. We strive to provide a simple and fair party cancellation and refund policy to accommodate our customers. Please familiarize yourself with the following policy: 1. Cancellation or Rescheduling: a. If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and offer the time slot to other customers. b. To cancel or reschedule, please contact our party booking team during our business hours. c. Please note that any requests for cancellations or rescheduling made within 3 days of the scheduled party date may be subject to additional fees or limitations, depending on availability. 2. Refund Policy: a. If you cancel your party within the specified time frame (7 days in advance), we will provide a full refund of any deposit or payment made. b. In the event of a cancellation made within 3 days of the scheduled party date, a partial refund may be provided, subject to our discretion and the circumstances. c. If you choose to reschedule your party instead of canceling, any deposit or payment made will be transferred to the new date without any additional charges, provided it falls within an agreed-upon timeframe. d. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. 3. Exceptions: a. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or facility issues that prevent us from hosting the party, we will work with you to either reschedule the party or provide a full refund. b. Our party cancellation and refund policy may be subject to change for special events, group bookings, or custom packages. Please inquire at the time of booking for any specific policies applicable to your reservation. We strive to provide excellent customer service and flexibility for our customers, but please understand that certain limitations may apply.
