Extracurriculars are offered each afternoon. Kids will participate in socially distanced activities and remain in the same group as they rotate activities. Items used between groups will be sanitized.

Policies and Disclaimers
Admission to the program will be on a first come first serve basis. You will receive an email confirmation of your placement within a week of your registration. Fees: We require payment at the time of registration. If you withdraw before the class start date there is a $10 processing fee.
Medical Waiver
If your child requires any medicine on site (including an EpiPen or Benadryl) you must provide said product to Little Beans Café . I understand that participation in activities involves some inherent risks and danger of accidents resulting in physical injury. Knowing these risks, I hereby assume these risks on behalf of my minor child. In addition, I hereby authorize the staff of the Little Beans Café to use their best judgment in any emergency situation and release Little Beans Café and Little Beans Café LLC from liability resulting from injury sustained, including death, as a result of participation in the camp. If a camper contracts COVID-19 we will alert all families and close for cleaning and screening. If your child contracts COVID at Little Beans Cafe, Little Beans Cafe, LLC is not held liable.
Consent and Release
As the parent and/or guardian completing this form, I am authorized to execute this waiver of liability as to LITTLE BEANS CAFÉ on behalf of my minor child and myself. I agree that LITTLE BEANS CAFÉ shall not be liable or responsible for any injuries to the above-named child resulting from his or her participation in the LITTLE BEANS CAFÉ Camp program. On behalf of myself, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, and assigns I HEREBY DO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS LITTLE BEANS CAFÉ LLC and LITTLE BEANS CAFÉ, its officers, agents, independent contractors, instructors, camp directors and employees from any cause of action, claims, or demands of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to, a claim of negligence, which my minor child or I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, and assigns may now have, or have in the future against LITTLE BEANS CAFÉ, on account of personal injury, property damage, death, or accident of any kind, arising out of or in any way related to my use of the LITTLE BEANS CAFÉ facility and equipment, including but not limited to the LITTLE BEANS CAFÉ play space, outdoor play areas, ice cream parlor, and café area, whether that use is supervised or unsupervised, however the injury or damage is caused, including, but not limited to the negligence of LITTLE BEANS CAFÉ, its officers, agents, independent contractors, instructors, camp directors, and employees. In addition, I authorize Little Beans staff members to assist in changing clothes and undergarments when soiled and to help dress in bathing suits when participating in water play. Little Beans staff members are also authorized to accompany my minor child to the bathroom and provide assistance as needed.
