GENERAL RENTAL INFORMATION
In consideration for the rental of THE HUB any person or group hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Amaya Papaya LLC from any and all actions and suits related to its use of the facility. Further, such person or group agrees to reimburse the Amaya Papaya for any and all costs for repair or any special cleaning that may be required and all damage that may be caused directly or indirectly to the facilities by such use.
EVERYONE must remove their shoes upon entering the PLAY lounge and must be wearing socks. No food or drinks in the play area. All food and drinks must be consumed in the designated seating area. Parents may not leave the premises without their children. All children must have a signed waiver on file.
All children are required to be accompanied by an adult.
Minimum of 1 adult per 4 children

Socks are required for entrance into the play lounge by ALL guest
Amaya Papaya is not responsible for lost, stolen and damaged personal items
Clean up of the Lounge, including throwing away food products, paper items, the wiping down of tables and cleaning the chalk board if used is the responsibility of the persons using the HUB. Everyone using the Lounge must follow Amaya Papaya policies.
No smoking and no alcohol is allowed on the premises. Amaya Papaya staff will not provide assistance with class and/or event set up.
WEEKDAY PARTY INFORMATION
You may bring in food. No glitter or confetti. Decorations cannot be hung from our ceilings Wall decoration can be hung using painters tape. ONLY Permitted decorations include tablecloths, freestanding decorations, table decorations, etc. Balloons must be weighted down. Balloons are not allowed in the play area (balloons released inside the facility may explode and scare small children, be a choking hazard or cause damage to our sprinkler system) No drop off of decoration or food prior to your scheduled rental date.
Upon completion of the party you will be charge the extra 1/2 hour fee ($50) if your party goes over the scheduled party time and/or the additional child fee ($11) if you have more guest than the amount of children included in your party package.

Entertainment and party extras must be paid for in full. non refundable
Extra time can be added to any party. Extra time must be noted in advance and paid for in full. non refundable
Sale tax will be added to all party packages, entertainment and extras.
You can arrive up to 15 minutes before your party begins to decorate.
You will not be able to enter the facility until 15 minutes before your party unless you have paid for additional time to decorate before your party begins.
Siblings 8 months - 7 years old are counted as party guest.
Additional children $11 each
INDEPENDENT VENDOR CLASS/ EVENT RENTAL INFORMATION
Amaya Papaya will not provide electronic or other class support materials such as markers, paper, etc. Meeting organizers are permitted to bring their own equipment, Amaya Papaya staff will not support its operation.
Amaya Papaya is not responsible for class registration. Refunds will not be issued for classes and or events that end before the scheduled time. Chairs and tables are available, but the group is required to set them up and return them to their original positions when the class is over.
Parents must supervise children coming in and out of the Lounge and into the HUB.
