Class Description: 
Today we are lucky to have two consummate professionals in the house to teach us how to make homemade bagels: Chef Daniel Etherton and Chef Natasha Goellner. By the way, they happen to be married! You'll learn how to create homemade Jerusalem Bagels that are oval-shaped, soft, airy and with a hint of sweetness. A sugar-sesame topping makes them irresistible! Great for breakfast, an afternoon snack, for dipping or just because. Chef Daniel Etherton is an experienced and patient culinary instructor with a passion for teaching cooking skills. You'll get some hands-on practice as he walks you through the bagel-making process including mixing, measuring, shaping, and baking. His style is laid back and simple making him the perfect instructor in the kitchen. Pastry Chef Natasha Goellner is no slouch in the kitchen either! Past owner of Mulberry & Mott (Country Club Plaza) and currently Pastry Chef at The Antler Room KC, she has been teaching with us for several years. What a great class to build a foundation in bagel-making and then be able to make these gems at home!   

NOTES:

• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund. 
• This Is An Adult Class: You must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.  
• If (a) you’d like to sit with another registered guest, or (b) have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in the Comments section of your registration after reading our full description of policies and information about classes.
• Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
• Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. 
• Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.
