After School Club is a fun, multimedia art program designed to introduce young artists to a wide range of mediums and techniques. Our goal is to teach art in an interactive and encouraging way that allows all artists to be their creative selves. We will work with techniques in the mediums of acrylic painting, ceramics and more while building on foundational skills. Our pressure-free space allows artists to have fun, be themselves, and make new friendships.
Ages 6-12
Begins January 25, Ends March 15th [8 weeks]
Wednesdays from 4:30pm-6:00 pm

Covid-19 Considerations
After School Club Spring 2021 will be running in-studio this year, with measures taken to ensure the safety of all attendees, staff, and family members. Registration will be capped at 6 to allow for individuals to have their own 2m+ bubble of space in the room. Masks or face shields must be worn properly by all in our studios. Hand washing/sanitizing will be required upon entry, and we will screen each attendee weekly. If an attendee or member of their household is sick, they must stay home and follow Ottawa Public Health guidelines until they are no longer a risk. Project kits with simple instructions will be provided in the event of a missed class.
We are prepared to transition to virtual programming in the event of tightened restrictions affecting the program.
