Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Art Dept. Studios! We hope you enjoy your class. All clay projects require kiln firing and you will be notified when projects will be available for pick up, typically 10-14 days after the class/event. Payment is required in full up front to hold your space. If we must cancel due to low enrollment, we will notify you as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours of the event) and can provide a full refund. In the case of having to cancel the class due to inclement weather, we will reschedule the class and notify you as soon as we have made the decision to cancel. If you must cancel your registration, we can reschedule you into another class (pending availability) or issue you a refund in the form of store credit. 6% sales tax will be added to all classes, camps and events. We welcome your feedback and encourage you to share your experience with us! Thank you again.
