Meridian Junior High School Online school photo purchases RETAKE DAY OCTOBER 9th

 Please use this form for online ordering on retake day.  Use this form for re-orders and new orders from photos taken September 12th and for orders for photos taken on retake day. If you are retaking photos you do not need to fill out this form but you must send back the entire package on  retake day. Students will be photographed on retake day if they did not get photographed on the original picture day, or if the student is purchasing photos taken on retake day, or if they bring back their entire package to be retaken. Students who were previously photographed on the original picture day and are not making a  purchase or do not bring back their complete original package are not eligible for a retake. Please ignore any date or time given on this form that is just the ordering cut off time not your student's photos. Photos will be returned to your child at school in approximately 2 weeks from retake day.
