MJC CLASS: 'The Art of Fermenting'

More than 70% of your immune system is located in your gut If you find you are catching a cold or the flu more often than most, you might want to consider adding ferments into your diet. Fermenting is super easy and does not require special equipment. Come to this MJC workshop and you will learn how to make a delicious sauerkraut, and how to ferment any vegetable. The class will test fermented beverages, as well as sample a few fermented foods you will love. Everyone goes home with their own custom made sauerkraut and recipes too!
