We carefully plan and prepare for each event based on the number of attendees, and as a result, we cannot offer refunds once a ticket has been purchased. Rescheduling with Notice: If you are unable to attend an event and would like to reschedule, you may do so by providing at least 3 business days’ notice. This notice period allows us to adjust our preparations accordingly. How to Reschedule: To reschedule your ticket, please email us with a subject line “Reschedule My Ticket.” We will email you back with confirmation that you will not be attending and that you have a credit. YOU MUST KEEP THIS EMAIL. CREDIT : Upon rescheduling, you will receive a credit valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Please use your credit voucher within this time frame, as it EXPIRES after 30 days. Using Your CREDIT : Your credit can be applied to book any future event of your choice, subject to availability. Keep in mind that the event must occur within the 30-day validity period of your voucher. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our cancellation policy. ******POTTERY and CERAMICS can be very unpredictable during the making, drying, firing and glazing processes. For this reason, we offer NO guarantee of finished pots made in this class. We try very hard to have a successful outcome in all of our classes and workshops, but there are things beyond our control that sometimes happen. No refunds or credits will be given for any mishap or unpredictable outcome that is less than ideal. Thanks for understanding and know this is part of the ceramic process for all potters.
