Cancellation and Refund Policy

Passes: Punch Passes and Memberships are not refundable. If you move out of the area, you may transfer your active membership to a friend, please come in person to do so. A pre-walker membership can only be transferred to a pre-walker. Memberships are individual per child, any adult may bring in the child to play. Sibling rate may not be purchased individually: a regular child membership must be active to purchase sibling rate. 1st child rate applies to older child. For example a 1st child regular membership can be combined with a sibling pre-walker membership. ( You may not choose a pre-walker first child, and combine with a regular sibling rate). Memberships can be used anytime during our regular business hours. (Please note weekend hours. We are typically open on Saturday mornings and closed the remainder of the weekend for private birthday parties. ) Membership period will start at your first visit, membership period must begin within 6 months of purchase. *Please note socks will be required for adults but are optional for children.
