$75 Deposit Required: All parties require a $75 Non-Refundable Deposit at the time of booking. Balance is due the day of the party. Parties can be rescheduled if necessary if the new time slot you need is available. If it is necessary to change the date of your event; due to illness, family emergency or weather the deposit will be valid for a new date. Extra Time: You are reserving the party space for a 2 hour time block. You can arrive 15 minutes early to set up and have 15 minutes at the end of the party to finish up. If you go over this time you will need to purchase additional time in 30 minute increments for $50 per half-hour. If there is another party following yours you may not have this as an option as we need time to clean up for the next group. Party Food: You can bring whatever food you would like for the party. We do not have a fridge or freezer for storing food so you may what to bring a cooler if needed. You can have snacks on the table while painting. However, any snacks that leave a residue on the hands need to wait to be put out until after painting as they will cause problems with the firing of the pottery. Party Decorations: You can bring balloons to tie to the chairs and a small happy birthday sign if you like. Tablecloths are not needed. However, you can bring some if you prefer. Selection Availability: Customers should book at least three to four weeks in advance to ensure pottery availability. Anything less than two weeks in advance, we cannot guarantee the selection will be available. We reserve the right to substitute similar pieces if regular party options are not available. Finished Piece Pick-Up: All painted pottery pieces stay with us for glazing and firing and are ready for pick-up in about a week. The birthday parent picks up all of the pieces within one week of the scheduled pick-up date and delivers them to their party guests. All pieces must be painted the day of the party and cannot be taken home to paint at another time. Non-Painting Guests: (i.e. parents of guests) we do not have a lot of room for all parents to stay at the party. There is a coffee shop and a brewery across the street that parents can go and relax at or Collingswood is a great town to stroll through with lots of wonderful shops and restaurants to check out. If any parents, friends or family would like to paint in the studio, they are welcome if tables are available and their transactions will be run separately. They can always call ahead to reserve a table too. 856-833-1330 Gratuity Not Included: Gratuity is not included in your final bill. If you would like to leave a gratuity, you are welcome to add that when finalizing your bill at the end of the party. Personalized Birthday Plate: This is a unique one of a kind item for your child to keep. We cannot guarantee but will try to honor special requests on the plate; each plate is created especially for your child and your party. Confirmation: We will call you 1-3 days before your party or event to get a final count on the number of guests attending and any other details.
