Private Party/Event: up to 25 kiddos
You will have the facility to yourself, without any public interference. We utilize the entire dining area for your party. The facility is yours for 1 hour and 30 minutes however we begin to clean up and help guests to get packed up within the last 15 minutes so that everyone has walked out before public play opening begins at 10. The kiddos are welcome to stay and play however all items related to the party must be taken outside to your cars and the party room will be cleaned for the next public birthday party utilizing this room!
Wall Theme Backdrop: You can choose a party theme wall backdrop in any theme available for NO additional charge shown below which also includes the standard happy birthday theme This will be on the wall in the main dining area in front of the tables, above your cake and decor!
Take Home Party Favor Gift Bags: Colorful gift bags with party favors (activities and/or snacks) for an additional $6.50/child.
Drinks (water or apple juice): $1.25 or 1.75/each
You can extend your party and the cost is in the drop downs at checkout. Please keep in mind these costs are related to us remaining closed to the public and blocking off very strategic party times. If this is not possible, we will revert back to standard time and remove the extra charge and let you know asap.
**Please remember that your party hosts work HARD for their tips...Plan to tip accordingly and remember that 18-22% is the national average and tipping more is always welcome but the minimum of 18% will be added to your total at checkout.
*We allow outside decorations consisting of replacing our plates and napkins, bringing tablecloths and minimal table decor and small balloon bouquets. We do not allow anything to be hung from our banner hooks, walls, windows or ceilings and if so may result in repair charges.*You may bring your own take-home gift bags which will handed out at the end of your party for the children to take home with them or purchase ours during checkout below! *You can also opt into adding a Prosper Playhouse t-shirt for your child or the attending guests during check out! You will have a party host(s) managing your party from beginning to end and they will work for their tips to make sure you enjoy your child's special day! They do work hard for their tips to make sure your night is stress free and the birthday child has a blast! A deposit of 50% is due today at booking, the remaining balance will be collected at the end of your party along with any extras you may add from the café during your party.
