Class Description:
Grab a date, your besties or your holiday party friends and join us for a unique holiday event that will send you home with your very own Danish Kringle Pastry. A what? A Kringle (or 'Kringla') is a filled pastry notable for its delicate, flaky layers, and fillings like fruits, nuts, and cheeses. These beautiful Danish pastries have become popular in the United States around the holidays. Chef Laura Thomsen will be teaching you one of her favorite Kringle recipes and then you'll try your hand at making them. In class, get ready to make a whole batch of dough, divide it in half, and roll your own Kringle with fillings. And you'll take home the other half of your dough so you can bake more Kringle in your kitchen or freeze the dough for later! During class, Chef Thomsen will keep you fed with a hearty 'soup and salad' menu followed by a tasting of none other than Kringle! NOTES:

• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
•  Should you be unable to attend, we suggest that you consider sending someone in your place.  If possible, please let us know of any substitutions so that we can update our records.  
• If (a) you’d like to sit with another registered guest, or (b) have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in the Comments section of your registration after reading our full description of policies and information about classes.
• Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
• For Adult Classes: you must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.
• Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all Adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. 
• Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.
