Explorers Preschool Playbased Learning Session (STEM)

We understand that circumstances may change, and participants may need to cancel their enrollment in our STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) class. To ensure a fair and transparent process for both the participants and the organization, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation Requests: 1.1. All cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email or a formal letter) and sent to the designated contact person responsible for class registrations. Refund Eligibility: 2.1. Full refunds will be provided if the cancellation request is received at least 14 days before the scheduled start date of the STEM class. 2.2. If the cancellation request is made between 7 and 13 days before the class start date, a 50% refund of the total class fee will be granted. 2.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 6 days of the class start date or for participants who fail to attend without prior notice. Class Cancellation by the Organizer: 3.1. In the unlikely event that we, the organizers, have to cancel the STEM class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability, low enrollment, or other logistical issues, participants will receive a full refund of the class fee. The organizers will also make an attempt to reschedule STEM class to avoid cancellations. Transfer of Enrollment: 4.1. Participants who are unable to attend the STEM class after registering may transfer their enrollment to another eligible participant. The organizers must be notified in writing about the transfer, and it should be done at least 3 days before the class start date. Prorated Refunds: 5.1. Prorated refunds will not be provided for missed classes or late arrivals. Refund Process: 6.1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after the approval of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued in the original payment method used during the registration process. Exceptions: 7.1. The Cancellation and Refund Policy may be subject to exceptions or amendments in the case of extraordinary circumstances. These exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the organizers. By registering for our STEM class, participants agree to abide by this Cancellation and Refund Policy. Note: It's essential to ensure that the policy is clear, easy to understand, and properly communicated to all participants during the registration process. Additionally, it's a good practice to include this policy on your website and any promotional materials related to the STEM class.
