Each Party Box includes instructions for setting up the decorations to maximize the experience for you, your family and your friends. After the party, all you need to do is take down the main decorations, place them back into the Party Box, and bring them back to Kidz Town! No need to mess around with going out and buying a bunch of decorations that you will only use once, or going through the hassle of trying to resell them!
You can order one of our Party Boxes for any occasion; birthday, baby shower, baptism, graduation, or just because! All of our decorations will be tailored to your event and your child. A dedicated Kidz Town staff member will be available to help you with any questions or tips, from beginning to end. At Kidz Town, our primary goal is to make your child’s day as memorable as possible while making it as easy on you as possible.
Inside every box you will find:
- 1 occasion banner (Happy Birthday, Baptism, Graduation, etc.)
- 1 themed tablecloth, plastic
- 1 color coordinated disposable tablecloth, plastic
- 5 themed ceiling swirl decorations, 5 colored Ceiling swirls
- 1 scene-setting backdrop for photos
- Table settings for 10, 20, or 40 people which includes
-Disposable Lunch plates, Dessert plates, Lunch napkins, beverage napkins, cups and plastic cutlery - 5-10 color coordinated uninflated latex balloons
- 2 themed air filled balloon centerpieces
How it works:
- Book your Party Box online.
- Visit our website and pick your decoration choice from our list of over 100 different themes!
- If you have any questions or concerns about any details, contact Kidz Town to discuss.
- Within 48 hours of your party date, you will receive your Party Box. You set it up at your location and enjoy your day.
- After the party, carefully take down the decorations following the instructions that are in the Party Box. Bring them back to Kidz Town. Once a staff member reviews the contents, and finding no issues, your deposit will be refunded to you within 72 hours.
- If we find damaged or missing contents (as described in instructions), you will forfeit your deposit to replace damaged or lost items.
Pricing:
Serving for 10 people: $50 + tax plus $20 refundable deposit
Serving for 20 people: $75 + tax plus $20 refundable deposit
Serving for 40 people: $90 + tax plus $20 refundable deposit
Cancelation Policy:
If, for any reason, you need to cancel your Party Box, you can do so any time prior to the 48 hours before the party date for a partial refund. Cancellation 72 hours prior to event receive 50% refund; within 14 days prior to event receive 75% refund. If you cancel in the two days prior to your event you will not receive a refund.
