Holiday Cookie Tray

We think seasonal cookies should be as delicious to the palate as to the eyes and we're going to show you how. In class students will make our almond raspberry linzer cookies and an assortment of Viennese hand-piped butter cookies, served dipped, sandwiched and sprinkled. This is from scratch baking at it's best. Take your finished cookies home with you at the end of class. Class runs 2 hours.
