At your cooking stations, you’ll press and cook handmade tortillas from scratch before preparing rich, slow-style taco carnitas layered with bright, fresh salsa — an opportunity to practice foundational knife skills while balancing heat, acidity and texture. You’ll also master the art of elote, Mexico’s beloved grilled street corn, learning how to build depth of flavour through seasoning, charring and finishing techniques.
To end on a sweet note, you’ll fry golden churros and finish them with classic cinnamon sugar, discovering tips for working confidently with hot oil and achieving the perfect crisp exterior and tender centre.
