Class Description:
Crêpes are one of France’s most versatile gifts to the world of food. Capable of supporting both savory and sweet dishes, they are easier to make than you think. Seriously! This morning Chef Laura Thomsen will lead you in an informative class as she teaches basic culinary skills that you’ll use at home to whip, measure and pour your way through tasty recipes like savory Crêpes with Cream Chicken and Crêpes with Mascarpone Cheese & Strawberries. What a perfect morning with your sweetie, your family, or your besties at one of our most popular cooking class topics. It’s a fun class that will give you the skills and confidence to re-create these delicacies in your own kitchen!

We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation, Age & Waiver Policies

There are certain classes where 14 years and older may attend as long as an adult also attends with them and as long as we have a completed waiver signed by a legal representative for the child. Without prior approval and a properly signed waiver, any registrant who is under 18 years of age will not be allowed to participate in this class. I acknowledge and understand that I and all parties for whom I am registering will be asked to execute a written liability waiver prior to the start of the class and that this waiver is required in order to participate in the class.
