Tai Chi, as a martial art, is a modality used widely by seniors to improve their balance and to increase their strength. It has been investigated by leading medical research organizations for its efficacy to prevent falls in seniors.
Ping Wei is a Tai Chi master with over 40 years of experience. He has been teaching at Paradise Valley Community College since 2005, developed his unique way of teaching beginners. Make Tai Chi more accessible. He focuses on structural integrity and equilibrium in movements. Beginner students can gain the basic skills of Tai Chi and ready to practice by themselves or in group settings within a short learning session.

Payment Policy: Class payment must be made in full prior to the start of the class session. Overdue class fees may result in not being able to attend future classes.
Ticket sales are final. No refunds, or credits will be issued for not attending. All programs are subject to change or rescheduling. In the case of a program postponement or rescheduling, your tickets will automatically transfer to the new date once announced. In the case of an announced program cancellation, ticket-holders will be notified via email of their options. Please be aware of program dates before registering.
