Emergency Pick Up or Alternate Pick Up

This is a person over the age of 18 who is authorized to pick up your child and can be contacted by Clay Haus Pottery Wheel Studio staff when the parent/guardian can’t be reached.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy

Campers are to be dropped off at Clay Haus Pottery Wheel Studio at least 5 minutes early to give time for campers to get into their aprons. Campers 12 years old and under must be signed in and signed out by a parent/guardian or a person over the age of 18. Clay Haus Pottery Wheel Studio will only release campers 13 or older from day camp with your approval below.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or by email. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a STORE CREDIT if you cancel before the 48 hours, but DO NOT offer refunds back to the original payment. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The owner has the only right to be flexible here. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event.
