Class Description:
Celebrate spring with a festive cooking party with your significant other or a favorite group of friends. Join us for a fun night as you learn a fancy surf & turf menu. You’ll work in small groups as you assist with some of the cooking activities under the tutelage of a longtime CCKC instructor, Executive Chef Richard McPeake. He’ll get the night started with a new twist on a legend – a Grilled Caesar Salad with Parmesan Tuiles. Then, we will learn about pan searing as we make Burgundy Rubbed Tenderloin Medallions with Roasted Asparagus. Not to be outdone, of course, by a lesson in butter poaching seafood with Thyme Butter Poached Scallops served with a Risotto Milanese. Finally, we’ll cap the night with a quick lesson in homemade ice cream making as we craft a smooth Balsamic Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. This is an elegant culinary experience you don’t soon forget.

You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.

There are certain classes where 14 years and older may attend as long as an adult also attends with them and as long as we have a completed waiver signed by a legal representative for the child. Without prior approval and a properly signed waiver, any registrant who is under 18 years of age will not be allowed to participate in this class. I acknowledge and understand that I and all parties for whom I am registering will be asked to execute a written liability waiver prior to the start of the class and that this waiver is required in order to participate in the class.
