Join me in my Wilmslow kitchen for a new style of express class, one that you can fit into your lunch break and still get the rest of the day’s jobs done.
You'll build confidence as you learn a versatile midweek meal that you can add to your repertoire. Watch me make it from scratch, describing the techniques you need to recreate it at home. I’ll also share tips on how to substitute ingredients, deal with leftovers or people eating in shifts and fancy things up if you’re entertaining.
The demo and lesson will take 60 minutes, so you can dash off then with your food, or you can stay for half an hour to eat and chat. The class includes a glass of wine and coffee.
Just come to one class or come and learn to all three menus over three sessions - it's up to you.

Noodle bowl 101 – how to build and season a noodle bowl, what sauces, vegetables and proteins to add and how to cook noodles to make a balanced, fast dinner. (options for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian)
November 8th or 9th
Taco night tips – Ditch the packets and learn how to make authentic tacos with a California twist. You'll learn how to make the perfect fillings and all important sauces and how to build a great taco. (options for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian)
These classes will start promptly at the advertised time. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before to settle in and get a drink.
